Jewelry Spectrometer – EDX-9200H

EDX-9200H is the advanced solution and choice for coating thickness and jewelry application. In addition, this model also can test thickness of Multi-layers on various basements such as Fe, Cu, Ni, Au, Ag, Zn, Pd…on metal and non-metal basement. Normally, it is used for layer from 1 to 4. The elements needed to test at the one time is up to 25 to 40 elements such as Au, Ag, Cu, Ni, Zn, Pd, Rh, Ru, Cd, Sn, In, Ga, Pt, Os, Ir, W, Co, Pb, Fe, Mn, Mo

The technology development of EDX-9200H is the highest configuration in the market and can be compatible to use all kind of software like EC+FP, Smart Software EDXRF2.0, EDXRF for thick, EDXRF for RoHS,…So this model can use for various application without changing the hardware.

The EDXRF2.0 allows to set up multi-working curves, multi-testing conditions based on standard samples corresponding to the content ranges and applications

The model EDX-9200H can do the measurement for all kind of samples from liquid, powder and solid with accurate result and stability, especially the repeatability is very excellent while normal xrf machine (XRF-1000, XRF-5000, EDX3000, EDX3000 Plus (EDX5500) EDX900) can not do.
